A Little Album Filled with Big Memories
There is something so special about creating a project that tells a story in the simplest way.
Today I'm excited to share this adorable Tag Mini Album created with the beautiful Scenic Route collection from Graphic 45. This little album may be compact, but it's filled with heartfelt memories, vibrant colors, and plenty of layers that make each tag feel like its own tiny scrapbook layout.
For this project I used the Graphic 45 Tag Album Kit along with the coordinating Metal Tag Die to cut patterned papers directly from the Scenic Route collection. I love how everything coordinates perfectly, making it easy to mix patterns while creating a cohesive album from beginning to end.
The moment I saw this collection, I immediately knew it would be perfect for vacation photos.
Inside you'll find some of my favorite pictures of my sweet nephew Liam during our family vacation in Playa del Carmen. His curious little expressions, bright smiles, and adventurous spirit were the perfect inspiration for this album. Every tag captures a small moment—from exploring tropical gardens to simply enjoying the beauty of being together as a family.
One of my favorite things about working with tag albums is that every page becomes its own little canvas. I layered die cuts, florals, citrus accents, frames, and sentiment pieces to create lots of dimension while still allowing the photographs to shine. A few tiny gems add just the right amount of sparkle—my favorite finishing touch that always brings a project to life.
The Scenic Route collection combines rich Mediterranean blues, warm citrus oranges, beautiful florals, and classic tile patterns that instantly transport you somewhere sunny and relaxing. Every page feels like a postcard from vacation.
Although this album is simple in construction, it is full of personality, making it a wonderful way to preserve special memories without creating a large album.
